Refunds and Returns

Non customised products that haven’t been embroidered or printed can be returned within 28 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and fit for resale. 

For damaged or faulty goods we will pay for returns for exchanges and refunds.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been procured specifically for customers that we do not normally stock.
